Dr. D’lima possesses expertise in Human Resources, Marketing, and General Management. Faculty Member and Convener of the NMIMS Student Council, she has more than eight years of academic experience, three years of full-time research experience, and is an independent trainer. Her research has been published in various national and international journals, most of which deal with consumer behaviour, branding, work culture, and organisational culture; she has received multiple honours for it.
Dr. D’lima has, among other topics, delivered numerous papers on rural marketing in the 21st century, survival strategies for global firms during the recession, and innovation for organisational excellence.
