About Major Mohommed Ali Shah

A Leader on and Off the Battlefield: Major Shah’s journey began with a strong foundation in leadership. Following in his father’s footsteps, he graduated from the Officers Training Academy and distinguished himself in the military. He served with honor in Jammu and Kashmir, honed his leadership skills as an ADC, and rose to the rank of Major while deployed.
From Soldier to Screen: While excelling in the military, a hidden passion for acting burned bright. This artistic side eventually led him to pursue training at his uncle, the renowned actor Naseeruddin Shah’s, renowned acting school. This artistic transition saw Major Shah flourish on stage and screen, taking on roles in critically acclaimed films like “Haider,” “Agent Vinod,” and “Yaara.”
Empowering Through Experience: Major Shah’s unique blend of military experience and artistic expression fuels his passion for motivational speaking. In his signature talk, “How to Convert One’s Weaknesses into Strengths,” he draws on his own journey to empower individuals. He provides practical strategies for identifying and overcoming challenges, ultimately transforming them into opportunities for growth.
