The Role encompasses exam planning, conducting examinations, co-ordination with the exam conduct vendor as well as internal team to address any issues real time, verification of any exception cases, verification of copy cases and present cases for exception to HOD and exam department.
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning for exam, capacity, slots etc
Co-ordination with the exam conduct vendor, learning centres and head office and keep them updated on exam guidelines
Monitoring exams realtime and co-ordinate with learning centres, external vendor, head office to address issues real time
Verification of UFM cases and present them to exam department and HOD for exceptions
Preparing reports and analyse data to show trends as required
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in co-ordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities in general administration in the relevant field.
