Executive – Recruitment ( 2 position )

We are looking for an Executive- Recruitment to source candidates on. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and will be responsible for sourcing job candidates for open positions.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conduct interviews, follow-up references and check credits
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Follow up with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process
  • Work with staffing agencies to identify new talent
  • Review and analyse resumes using our in-house ATS software program
  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
  • Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Experience
  • Proven working experience in recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Skills & Abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation
  • Time management
