Create and develop new channels (AEP’s)
Achievement of Enrolment targets through channel partners
Drive reregistration of enrolled students through channel partners
Implementation of short team and long term plans of the Management
Achieving revenue goals in line with enrolment and reregistration targets
Monitor performance at partner level and put into action plans of improvement while ensuring compliance of guidelines by the channels
Managing operations of the region, Coordination with HO and various departments to ensure smooth operations and strong student satisfaction.
Creating, driving and managing channel management teams across locations
Channel development and management: Network management keeping in mind the representation/penetration/reach at all the potential markets for achievement of set targets of enrolments and achievement of market share.
Achievement of registration targets
Building teams and keeping them motivated: This includes the team member within the organisation and the staff of LC’s for achieving collective targets of organisation and centres.
Implementation policies in the field: Ensuring the policies and guidelines laid down by the organisation are implemented in totality thru the team members
Competition analysis and implementation of trade oriented policies: Keeping a close watch on competition so as to develop efficient procedures and policies for achieving the set targets. Keeping management informed on the market developments for taking decisions.
12-15 years of work experience preferably in Education/Training Industry, BFSI, Real Estate etc., Management Qualification and exposure to Distance Education will be an added advantage
