A tech-savvy business leader with a global mindset, Rajiv has over two decades of experience & expertise in setting up businesses from scratch across multiple industries spread over a spectrum of geographies like India, China, UAE & North America.
He capitalised his passion for education at an early stage of his career by building an e-learning startup in the 90s, later acquired by IL&FS. Continuing his purpose & belief, Rajiv pioneered the online assessment business for Manipal in the mid-2000s. Through a strategic forefront, he also built a strong foundation for his manufacturing enterprise in China & UAE, that provided engineering components in the HVAC industry to major global organisations.
Beginning his journey at NMIMS Global in 2014, Rajiv started to fill what he saw as a void between quality education and its accessibility. Using technology as a growth catalyst he transformed this traditional education giant to become an online consumer platform for quality learning. 8 years later, the same platform is accessed by 1,56,000+ active students & continues to grow at a rapid pace. As a leader, Rajiv mentors a strategically-selected executive management team along with aspiring young professionals to bring out the best in themselves.
With over 18 years of rich experience in the education industry, Dr. Shalini has been at the forefront of heading various committees & end-to-end processes of top B-Schools in India. Throughout her career, she has served in several leadership positions with the last one as Deputy Director, EMBA (Mumbai) at S. P. Jain School of Global Management. She has diverse teaching experience in the schools of repute including international schools like E M Normandie Business School (Paris); S P Jain (Dubai), IMT (Dubai). She was involved with highly esteemed & world-renowned AACSB & SAQS accreditations. She has co-authored 8 books with reputed publishers like Wiley, Pearson and IGI Global in addition to several interdisciplinary case studies and research papers.
At NMIMS Global, Dr. Shalini heads a large pool of distinguished academicians and supervises our academic offerings, including academic assessment activities & academic program review.
With over two decades of experience across a wide range of industries, Amit has a proven track record of strategy and execution skills coupled with speed and innovation. Along with education, digital & financial services, he has worked across various industries in India, UAE & Singapore. He was previously associated with CL Educate Ltd as Vice President, then with Clique Communications Group as CEO – India and Dubai.
At NMIMS Global, Amit oversees the marketing function & has the overall responsibility of setting up new sales channels along with managing and driving existing sales channels.
Arifheads the operations and student services function at NMIMS Global. He is committed to maintaining NMIMS’s ethos of providing a great learning experience to each student.
Arifwas previously associated with Sitel Group as Director and has over two decades of experience in service delivery, operations management, account management, and customer relationship management. In the span of these two decades he has managed a diverse client base across multiple geographies and has proven expertise in building strong teams that deliver best-in-class quality and customer satisfaction.
By combining talent with knowledge, Varun has managed to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
He has over 16 years of experience in the areas of concept sales, talent management consulting and project management; and has worked extensively with management consulting companies before moving into the education space. In the past, he has worked with renowned organisations such as Pearson and IMT Ghaziabad, where he has facilitated the growth of their employees by building their managerial skills.
An MBA in Marketing and Finance, he also carries renowned certifications in various talent management tools.
