Dr. DJE. Ravi Thilagan is a PhD in the area of Performance Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has done his MBA and BBA from the same University. He has had a successful industrial career of 30 years in leadership roles in HRM in companies of repute. His last industrial assignment was with M/S Financial Software and Systems P Ltd, (FSS) as their Vice President and Head, Human Resources, responsible for over 2000 employees in India and many other overseas countries.
His academic experience (Visiting/Adjunct faculty) has been with IFMR (Krea University), SSN School of Management , Indian Institute of Information Technology, Crescent School of Business, Indian Maritime University. His area of teaching has been in Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Theory Design and Development, Human Resource Management, Strategic HRM, Cross Cultural Management and Entrepreneurship and Ethics.
His current research interest is in the field of Culture and Tendencies. He is keenly interested in Metaphors and has made several Leadership Training productised modules using them.
His corporate consulting assignments are in HR process management, Performance and Compensation Management, Organisation Development and Change Management.
