Dr. Kasturi R Naik is known for real-time, straightforward solutions to complex people’s problems. Clearly understanding the difference between passion, profession, and purpose has made all the difference in how she lives her life.
She has more than 11 years of academic experience and five years of consultancy experience in human resource management, leadership, and team building. She has been associated as a visiting faculty at JBIMS and GNIMS for MHRD and e-MBA courses. She has also been associated with Vmentorai as a mentor and learning and development consultant.
Dr Kasturi R Naik is the recipient of multiple national and international awards and accolades for her enriching work in emotional intelligence, personality enhancement, stress management and leadership development. Her research capabilities are self-proven through the 30+ research papers she has published nationally and internationally, out of which she got the best paper awards at a couple of conferences.
Dr Kasturi R Naik has also been honoured to be the discussant and session chair in national and international conferences and has also won the Best Paper track presenter award at ABRM International Conference 2015, besides the Best Paper award at IMRC 2016.
