Prof. Archana Jog

Prof. Jog has 21+ years of experience. For 9 of these years, she was involved in corporate HRM, specialising in policy creation and talent acquisition. She dedicated 12 years of her career to education, during which she gained specialisation in campus corporate skills, Human Resources Management and Communication. For the last 3 years, she is the adjunct faculty for HR specialisation, guiding students for campus placements at Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management. Prof. Jog also mentors students for their Eduqual, UK qualifications for dissertation projects.
