Archana Jog is a Post graduate in literature from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Personnel Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. She has also acquired her specialisation in Performance and Competency Development from Carlton University, UK. She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Designing from Symbiosis University.
Archana holds a total experience of 21 years out of which 9 years has been into corporate HRM, specialising in Policy creation and Talent Acquisition. She has been in the field of education since last 12 years specialising in campus to corporate skills, teaching Human Resources Management and Communication subjects. She also has hands on experience in educational content development through authoring books about business communication and other related topics for a few universities.
Since last 3 years she is employed with Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management as an adjunct faculty for HR specialisations and guiding students for campus placements. Archana is also involved in mentoring students for their Eduqual, UK qualifications for dissertation projects
