Prof. Dhaivat Anjaria is a senior professional with experience in insolvency resolution / stressed assets restructuring, transfer pricing and consulting in the financial services and infrastructure sectors. He is a Chartered Accountant and MBA, with over 25 years of professional experience with large organisations including as a partner with PwC, and in the financial services industry. He has been in strategic and operational roles with the development and running of business units, driving their growth and leading teams. With CXO level client and diverse stakeholder interactions, he has a demonstrated record of strong analytical, process management and strategic skills.
While at PwC, Dhaivat successfully led the resolution of a large distressed corporate under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and also led the financial services transfer pricing offering for the firm in India. His prior experience is in the financial services and infrastructure domains in India and the US. Prof. Dhaivat is presently consulting independently, advising businesses and mentoring executives and young adults by leveraging professional and life experiences. He also shares perspectives through writing and as visiting faculty, and supports the development sector space as well.
