Having a major in HR, Prof. Mathur has worked as an HR Generalist with South-Asia’s leading engineering consultancy for almost a decade, before starting on the journey of freelancing in HR initiatives. She has been involved in strategic and results-oriented Organisational Development & Change Management initiatives, Performance Management, Assessment Centres, Management Development including conceptualising and delivering training programs for enhancing individual/organisational effectiveness. She has delivered programmes in companies like Tanishq (Titan Company Ltd), Jumbo Electronics, SKEC, Indian Oil Corp, NTPC, Excel Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, SM Group, SMS India Pvt Ltd and MECL to name a few. She is also a certified POSH educator and is empanelled as External Member in ICC of few organisations. She actively takes sessions on POSH, gender sensitivity and women development along with varied soft skills areas. Her experience also involves being a visiting and adjunct faculty in various prestigious business schools.
