Prof. Shelly Oberoi is an individual looking forward for a workplace that provides professional challenge and satisfaction as well as an opportunity to enhance my skills, while putting practice her academic knowledge. She has participated in various national and international seminars and has almost 35 Research papers published in various National and International Journals. Won Gold medal (Prof Manubhai Shah Award) in Indian Commerce Association Conference, 2018, held at Hyderabad for Best Research paper. She also delivers lectures on Gyan Darshan (Doordarshan) and Gyan Vani (105.6 FM). She is a Lifetime member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA) and also the Member of Institutional Innovative Council (IIC), IGNOU. She is an Academic Reviewer Board in Cybernomics, an international monthly magazine. She is also a Reviewer in Personnel Review journal (Emerald). She also takes FDPs of Research methodology for MPhil and PhD scholars.
