Basudev has 7.5 years of work experience across multiple sectors, currently working in the CEO’s Office of Infosys Ltd. in Strategy, Planning & Operations Role as Lead Analyst, extending support to Senior Vice President – Global Delivery in managing $ 1 Bn Unit Portfolio by driving strategic initiatives backed by strong market intelligence, data-driven and business analysis frameworks to ascertain firm’s organic & sustainable growth.
He is a former public servant, having worked with the Ministry of Science & Technology (Government of India) for 3 years on various R&D projects, to cater the energy and border security needs of India and other developmental projects to create major change and deliver value to society at large using the latest advances in technology. Thereby fulfilling the aspirations of NITI Aayog (Planning Commission) of holistic national growth by leveraging technological – social – cultural harmonious inclusivity.
He has also worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering, C V Raman Global University – Bhubaneswar for more than 1 year, and was actively involved in multiple consultancy projects.
He holds Master’s Degree in both Management (MBA) and Technology (M.Tech.) from top-ranking institutes in India, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional with multiple accolades from professional and academic spheres. A seasoned researcher with a proven track record of 14 research publications across national & international journals/conferences in both management & technology domains.
