Holding a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in agile software engineering, Dr. Ashvini is also a Certified Scrum Master and a dedicated agile practitioner.
Proficient in agile software development, cybersecurity, project management, cloud computing, and databases, Dr. Ashvini has made significant contributions through multiple publications, patents, and honours in these areas. She has successfully led and participated in various high-profile projects and competitions at both the zonal and national levels. Additionally, Dr. Ashvini has successfully handled various training and development programs independently.
Dr. Ashvini is currently working at NCDOE as an MCA Program Coordinator and previously served as Director I/C at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University. She also brings valuable international experience from her role as a Quality Assurance engineer in a reputed MNC in Atlanta, USA.
