Dr. Dakshinamurthy V Kolluru is an accomplished visionary, pioneer, transformational leader and change agent. His revolutionary concepts in leading edge technologies guiding the strategic direction of INSOFE along with his highly skilled team, steered it into being a reputed School of Applied Engineering it today is.
He has worked extensively in Data Science with majority of his work pertaining to mathematical algorithms and pattern extraction. He has helped set-up several Data Science COEs in leading organizations worldwide.
Before founding INSOFE, Dr. Dakshinamurthy worked with Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratories (DMRL) on some very prestigious projects, one of which was under the guidance of India’s most respected and loved President, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, which found much recognition and won him the Binani Gold Medal. He is one of the 10 most prominent Analytics Academicians in India according to Analytics India Magazine
Dr. Dakshinamurthy graduated from National Institute of Technology, Trichy and subsequently went on to complete his MS and Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
