Dr. Kulkarni has over 20 years of teaching experience. As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at NMIMS Deemed University’s Sunandan Divatia School of Science, she is a member of the Statistics board of studies and has mentored postgraduate students on various projects.
She dabbles in numerous domains, such as Reliability Theory, Applied Probability, Time Series Data Analysis, and Multivariate Data Analysis. She has worked on academic initiatives for Idea Cellular, Piramal Finance, TATA Motors Finance, TATA Steel, Reliance Communications, and the Indian Meteorology Department (Mumbai). In 2006, she initiated the co-curricular activity ‘Sankhyiki’ for undergraduate and postgraduate statistics students to bridge the gap between academics and industry.
