In a career spanning over 25 years, he has worked in senior leadership roles with MNC likes GE Healthcare, Merck, Millipore, etc India, Middle East and Africa. In his last assignment, he was the CEO – Middle East & Africa of a Global Executive Search Company.
After 25 years in industry, he set up Beyond Red Ocean Consulting (BROC). Moloy leads the Strategic Consulting, Coaching and Corporate Training practice for BROC. He is a Certified Life, Executive and Happiness Coach from University of Berkeley. He is also a certified Business Coach with ActionCoach USA.
He is a visiting faculty for marketing management and strategic management with leading business schools.
