Prof. Gautam has multidisciplinary professional experience across several industries, functions and countries. In the last 10 years, he has worked with US$1 bn+ companies, as well as start-ups, government bodies and other organizations in the fields of management consulting, analytics, private equity, corporate strategy and business development. He has worked in India, the US, the UK, Greater China, the Middle East, and Singapore.
Prof. Gautam is extremely passionate about the traditional Indian method of teaching. He uses real-life examples in his lectures and presentations. He is also a certified analyst, predictive index (pi) behavioural assessment.
