He is a Founder of Skill Recognition and Learning Center of India (SRLCI), a young new generation training organization comprising of a group of specialized trainers that aims to develop effective skill development programs for the employees thereby creating exciting, innovative and interactive sessions for the teams with over more than 750+ Trainings contributing to the upliftment of the businesses.

He is a Managing Partner at Reliable Chemie and responsible for formulating & Implementing strategies for development and achieving the Vision to be a market leader in its Niche thereby contributing to the society. He is an Associate Professor cum Visiting Professor training, coaching, mentoring and guiding students at the prominent Undergraduate and Postgraduate Institutes such as BSE Institute Limited, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Don Bosco Institute, St. Andrews, S. K. Somaiya, SIES College, WE School (Welingkar Institute of Management Studies), NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies), UKS Institute of Management Studies, N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies, St. Francis Institute, VES Institute, Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Management Studies and Research to name a few of them for their future endeavors.
