A recipient of two Major Research Project under Impress scheme of Ministry of Human Recourse Development and AICTE, Dr. Kushwah is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Finance at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), visiting Faculty, Narsee Monji Institute of Management Global Access School for Continuing Education and adjunct faculty at Upgrad Education Company.
She is the Co-Editor of the research journal, Review of Professional Management, which is an UGC approved journal, published by SAGE Spectrum.
Her areas of interest are Financial Analytics, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance, Accounting for Managers, Investment Management, and Applied Econometrics.
She has done her PhD in management (finance) in 2009 from Jiwaji University, India under the supervision of Prof. Umesh Holani.
She has completed her master’s in Business Administration with Finance as the specialisation from IMS, Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
In her 19 years of research and teaching experience, she has got more than 70 research papers published in both International and National Journals, including Scopus indexed and ABDC listed journals. Dr. Kushwah has presented her research work in more than 50 International and National Conferences at places in India (including IIMs, IITs etc), U.S, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Istanbul and Indonesia etc. She is guiding PhD Scholars of Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi and NDIM. She has also conducted various International and National workshops, MDPs, FDPs etc in the area of Financial Analytics, Finance for Non-Finance and research methodology.
