Assistant Manager – Corporate Connect (South & West) ( 1 position )

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying new connects in target companies
  2. Pitching education programs in corporates
  3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  4. Researching organizations to identify new leads within the identified target companies.
  5. Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  6. Meeting with first level connects in identified target companies
  7. Identify broad level requirements for customization in education programs
  8. Work within department for creating solutions & proposals
  9. Rigorous follow-up with potential customers
Day-to-day activities shall include
  • Researching organisations to identify new leads within the identified target companies.
  • Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Meeting with first level connects in identified target companies
  • Identify broad level requirements for customization in education programs
  • Open opportunities for Manager-Corporate Connect to meet with second level connects in target companies
  • Provide relevant inputs to the manager for creating solutions & proposals
  • Rigorous follow-up with potential customers
Experience
  • Between 5-7 years in successful business development experience with Corporates.
  • Must be well connected with senior managers of companies with employee base of more than 5000 people.
  • Must have strong understanding of regional market.
