Manager – Content Creation and Curation ( 1 position )

NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education is looking for a Content Creation Manager in Product Team to help build Academic Content. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced academic admins, product managers and content agencies. You’ll enable them to provide a better learning experience to our students.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Researching and understanding content from academic point of view
  • Producing long-form, short-form content for our students after discussion with faculty to complement already existing published content and also to provide additional study material for our students
  • Writing, sourcing and creating interesting, engaging and shareable subject content across various domains
  • Ideating and experimenting with different forms of content or styles
  • Taking interviews with Industry and Academia Influencers and other leaders in the ecosystem
  • Promoting content across social channels
  • Keeping up with the pop-culture and internet and creating academic content in line with the trends
  • Constantly ideating and Instigating conversations, about everything – what people are sharing, liking and talking about on the Internet.
Experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in blogging/vlogging and writing online content
  • A undergraduate degree in mass media, advertising, journalism would help you
  • Videography/Photography skills are a huge plus.

  • Passion for Writing and Researching
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills
  • Imagination, and the ability to effectively express it
  • Sincere curiosity or familiarity about working in a fast-paced startup
  • Understanding of how stories work, specifically for the web
