Data Analyst ( 1 position )
We’re seeking a passionate Data Analyst to interpret our data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve our business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and Analyze data on assigned tasks [Student Feedback, Survey results, lead analysis, etc..]
- Inputs on designing and modification of current modules
- Creative Solutions to analyse data points to meet Business requirements [Sales/Services]
- Co-ordination with tech team for any developmental work
- Execution of Business ideas, understanding capabilities to optimize Business processes
- Timely inputs to the Product team on existing Products and offerings
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in successful pre-sales or tele-calling experience with senior level executives.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written)is must
- Be aware of proposal development
Skills & Abilities
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
- Ability to analyse large datasets
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Thinking ability on various permutations and combinations
- Good Knowledge of excel and experience with Data analysis
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task

Qualification: Graduate, preferably MBA in Business Analytics
