Manager – Marketing Affiliates ( 1 position )

This role requires the individual to manage publisher partnerships and digital aggregators to drive lead generation for various programs. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Publisher Onboarding and Media buying: 

    • Build an affiliate and digital partnerships strategy with a strong understanding of performance models across web/mobile-CPL, CPR, CPV, CPA, CPI, CPT etc. 
    • Identify & connect potential publishers/vendors, onboard the publisher with the empanelled agency 
    • Work with publishers to create partnerships and branding opportunities 
    • Create roadmaps and projects with publishers, negotiate commercials with publishers 
    • Publisher Campaign Management: 
    • Building relationships with Publishers/Vendors and ensure deliveries, oversee creatives, quality inputs, etc. 
    • Ability to create attribution mechanisms, cookies, pixels, tracking platforms & MMP’s (Mobile Measurement Partner). 
    • Plan affiliate campaign, negotiate, monitor, generate & analyze reports to optimise for registrations and revenue 
    • Monitor and identify any illicit, unethical activity or activity not suitable to brand and stop them, deploy fraud detection tools 
    • Manage billing and validations  
Experience

Minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience  

Skills & Abilities

In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing and relationships with wide range of affiliate publishers and digital media operations experience is preferable 

Good written and verbal communication & analytical skills 

Negotiation skills & conflict management 

Knowledge of computers/office software  

Hands-on experience on a CRM tool and data analysis  

Key skills: Digital media operations, Interpersonal & conflict management, Analytical, Tech-savvy
