NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education is looking for a Product Manager to help build our homegrown Learning Delivery System and CRM. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced academic admins, marketing & sales, support functions, product managers and developers. You will enable them to provide a seamless learning experience to our students.

Duties & Responsibilities
Work with functions to identify problem statement, refine requirements and create detailed BRDs
Participate in all agile ceremonies to prioritise and plan stories as per the Sprint Plan
Identify and integrate technology enabled solutions to reduce human intervention and improve operational efficiency
Develop a strategic roadmap of granular modules under various functions along with the functional stakeholders
Deep dive into the data to take decisions for feature improvement and process improvement
Keep re-imagining use of technology to improve product and experience
Minimum 3 years of product/design experience
Prior experience in devops while not necessary is preferred
Experience in setting up agile processes and tools like JIRA/Trello/Asana
Hands-on experience in analytical tools such as GA/Omniture, Tableau/PowerBi
