A Sales Coordinator provides administrative support and is involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process. Helps the sales teams to be more effective, and implement, as well as execute key business strategies

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage all Service Requests and Challenges at local centres
  • Ensure first class service experience for existing students
  • Be part of the sales team and liaison with local centres for sales and services
  • Be able to coordinate with various departments internally to get all issues resolved and also be able to work with the sales team to drive registration and re-registration
Experience

2 to 5 years of work experience in sales and services preferably within the Telecom, Financial Services or Education Industry

Skills & Abilities
  • Should have a strong local connect
  • Be extremely service oriented and drive internal teams to provide first class experience to students
  • Manage all service requests and challenges at local centres
