Learning materials are prepared for the courses as per UGC guidelines – the four quadrant approach. Every course has recorded videos covering the syllabus, recording of synchronous sessions that are scheduled for the semester, digital learning materials that students can refer to for learning, discussion forums where faculty can interact with students and clarify their doubts, and self-assessment quizzes.
The students will get the following elements of learning in our online programme.
Foundation modules from Harvard Business Publishing Education with Certification
The Capstone Project is the final deliverable of the program. It allows the student to immediately apply the program learning to a simulated business environment. It also challenges the students intellectually with a mandate to strike out in a new and innovative business direction: it allows the student to assimilate a vision, their expertise and experience, and create something new.
In a Capstone Project students pursue independent research on a question or problem, engage with the scholarly debates in the relevant disciplines, and with the guidance of a faculty mentor – yield a substantial project/paper that reflects understanding of the subject/topic.
In Term 7 and Term 8 , the project of six-month duration is a mandatory component of the Master of Business Administration (Working Executive) program.
