Grievance Redressal :

When to raise a grievance?:

When issues related to programme, examinations, fees, grade sheet, etc of student is not resolved by following channels

  • Raise a Ticket
  • Connect with Escalation Matrix

Then student can raise grievance.

 

How to raise grievance?:

The students having grievance may kindly put in formal application with all the relevant documents and Sap ID number mentioned in the subject line of the email to be put forth before the Committee.
