He has 15,000 + standing hours of teaching/training experience and handled more than 30 batches of Executives across NMIMS (Bangalore & Hyderabad), Christ University, BIM, Jain University, Dayanand Sagar University – Executive Programs, etc. His M Phil work titled “A Study on Retirement Preparedness of Information Technology and Education Sector Employees in relation to Attitude and Knowledge” earned him a distinction grade. His Ph. D. work titled ““A Study on Factors Influencing Retirement Planning of Information Technology Employees” focussed on the retirement planning sub-area of Personal financial planning.
Since 1993, he has been into executive, consulting and academic roles. After his active Industry association, he became an Independent Consultant and Trainer to run his own consulting, training and teaching assignments with various B Schools and companies.
