Priyangshu brings over 5+ years of experience working in various gamut of HR such as Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Engagement and HR Business Partnering. He has worked with leading Pharmaceutical companies in India such as Piramal Industries and Dr Reddy’s and is currently leading the Performance, Talent & Engagement vertical for the corporate at Aster DM Healthcare. In his previous roles, Priyangshu played an instrumental role in driving change management initiatives such as digitization of HR platforms, improving workforce productivity, driving a high performance culture through empowering managers and field engagement projects to improve overall retention of key talent segments. As the Performance, Talent & Engagement lead for Aster DM Healthcare, an integrated healthcare provider with presence in 8 countries, Priyangshu along with the corporate COE teams spearhead OD initiatives to build a culture of sustainable high performance and excellence across its 20,000 employees located in GCC & India. In current times, he is also part of the landmark project for recruiting healthcare professionals in India and bringing them onboard to UAE for the COVID -19 situation. Priyangshu is a certified Aon HR analytics professional, and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional who plays a key role in evaluating knowledge content and concepts of SHRM SCP examinations. He is an avid reader and is passionate about building purposeful workplaces and communities where every manager inspires, truly cares and leads through optimism. In his leisure time, Priyangshu participates as a toast mater at one of the leading clubs at UAE. He is currently pursuing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certification through the Academy of Applied Psychology. Priyangshu is an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad 2013-2015 batch.
