Prof Hemant Kale is a Supply Chain Expert, an international corporate trainer and a distinguished academician at management schools in Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat. He is an Alumni of IIM Lucknow from where he completed his Advance Program in Human Resource Management and holds a Diploma in Materials Management from Indian Institute of Materials Management. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification he posses over three decades of rich experience at Leadership Corporate roles handling End to End Supply Chain function in FMCG, Chemical, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries in India, West Africa and UAE. His responsibilities have been to Head large teams in Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Contract Manufacturing functions at Multinational Organisations like Colgate Palmolive India Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd. and his last assignment was as a President Commercial at Dorf Ketal Chemicals, with global responsibilities of Sourcing, Purchasing and Logistics. He has taught and trained over 2000 students, executives and managers in India and overseas in various subjects related with Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing & Negotiations, International Logistics, Leadership and Business Communications.
