Prof. Shilpa Kadam is Principal Data Scientist with over 20 years of experience in the field of Data Science. Over the last 9 years of her tenure at INSOFE, she led a product development team, Data Scientists team on various consulting and research driven projects and was in-charge of the overall academic delivery. As a faculty, she teaches Statistics, Machine Learning and AI for the various certificate programs at INSOFE and corporate clients. Prior to INSOFE, she was leading a data science research lab and managed several consulting projects delivery and was actively involved in pre-sales of consulting services. She is a certified Project management Professional and Fellow, Life Office Management Institute, USA. She has M.Phil. in Statistics and OR from University of Hyderabad and currently a research scholar at BITS, Pilani Hyderabad. Her research interests are in the field of EdTech where she is working with a team of researchers to develop personalized recommendations in adaptive learning systems using Statistics and AI-based approaches.
