Prof. Alok Tiwari is presently working as an Assistant Professor at INSOFE. During his PhD at IIT-BHU, Varanasi, he explored the field of Artificial intelligence in medical image classification and segmentation using deep learning. The goal was to achieve an automated covid-19 classification algorithm, which may assist in prior diagnosis/classification of chest x-ray into Covid-19 and other Pneumonia types. During his Masters at NIT Kurukshetra, he developed a method for automatically detecting Arrhythmia using ECG Signal data. At INSOFE, he mainly dealt with the subject areas from the Data Engineering field. His skill set includes- Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, Machine learning, Deep learning and Big Data.
