Job Purpose :
This is a critical role within sales team, which provide support to AEPs to drive admissions and ensure seamless service to students. This position requires local travel and help sales teams to be more effective.
Key Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities Student On boarding
- Liaison with AEP for sales, support and services – ensure smooth on-boarding of students.
- Manage all service requests and challenges that the AEP’s face.
- Manage walk-ins & counsel new registrations at Learning Centers.
- Manage SLAs of Student documentation.
- Ensure student feedback is obtained in order to maintain the highest levels of student Satisfaction.
AEP Coordination
- Training AEP’s on various student services.
- Coordinate with various departments internally to get all issues resolved.
Administration
- Manage all Service Requests and Challenges at local centers.
- Ensure first class service experience for existing students.
- Aggressively pursue targets set for the year.
- Liaise with HO/Internal departments for Student’s queries
MIS & Reports
- Create and manage reports on the CRM and LMS
Stakeholder Collaboration
- work closely with other departments and stakeholders within the NCDOE to provide comprehensive support to students for on boarding

- This is an individual contributor role
- Require local travel in assigned geography.
Requirements- Skills & Competencies :
- Service oriented approach , Good written and verbal communication
- Analytical abilities & preferred to have hands-on experience on a CRM.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Active listening, Negotiation skills & conflict management
- Advantageous to have knowledge of the local language
- High emotional intelligence abilities
Requirements- Education & work experience :
- Graduate or PG/MBA
- Preferably from Education/ Training, BFSI, Real estate, Telecom, Retail or consumer goods & services, new age industries.
- Minimum of 3+ years in successful sales and services preferably with Telecom, Financial Services and/or Education Industry
- Work Exposure to Distance Education/Ed Tech sector will be added advantage.
