Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist Content Head to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the organisation's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Produce well-researched, compelling, and original content across various formats such as articles, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and more.
- Producing long-form, short-form content for our students after discussion with faculty to complement already existing published content and also to provide additional study material for our students
- Identify, curate, and repurpose relevant content from external sources to supplement the organisation's original content and provide value to the audience.
- Review and edit content produced by the team, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting and distributing content effectively through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content initiatives, using metrics and data to drive improvements and optimise content strategies.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content and timely publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and SEO, to align content initiatives with broader marketing objectives and maximise impact.
- Taking interviews with Industry and Academia Influencers and other leaders in the ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and curation, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the content strategy
- Supervise and mentor a team of content creators and curators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
Education & Work Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Education, Mass Media or a related field
- Proven experience (12+ years) as a content creation and curation, preferably in a managerial role or similar role.
