Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Engage with HR managers of large corporates to understand their hiring and learning needs.
  • Identify contacts and schedule appointments with mid to senior level department heads and HR heads of various corporates, for corporate connect sales team.
  • Analyse customer needs and align them with the NCDOE products, services and other offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales presentations and to prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals.
  • Coordinate to conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients.
  • Assist HOD for sales of Career Service program to students of NMIMS CDOE
  • Assist HOD to empanel large corporates as Hiring partners
  • Assist Corporate Connect managers to Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the NCDOE’s programs, tailor made learning solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Academics, operations, Facility Management, IT etc. for seamless executions of programs arranged in university campuses or virtual learning events
  • Co-ordinate with Alumni and external stakeholders for building engagement on Alumni network.
  • Provide technical and product expertise during the pre-sales process.
Education & Work Experience :
  • Bachelor's/PG degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in successful pre-sales or tele-calling experience with senior level executives.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes, such as solution selling or consultative selling, is a plus.
