Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist Director CIQA to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc. to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively
- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all assessment tools.
- Assist Director to design, develop and implement new assessment tools of Internal Assessments (IA) & Term End Exams (TEE)
- Monitor assessments align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills.
- Collect and analyse data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- Generate reports on assessment results and provide feedback to faculty and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Assess various assessment tools and methodologies, such as rubrics, surveys, and standardised tests, to evaluate educational outcomes.
- Assist Director CIQA to Collect, Collate and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about assessment quality of programmes at NCDOE.
- Assist Director CIQA for preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, Annual report and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide reports and updates to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, reports, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate training to staff and teachers on quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.
- Stay updated with educational trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online learning.
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on assessment methods, parity on grading, and assessment quality improvement initiatives
Education & Work Experience :
- Preferred to have Master's degree in education, instructional design, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 5-8 years in education quality assurance, accreditation, or a similar role within an educational institution.
- Experience in quality assurance or assessment review in an educational setting is preferred.
- Deep understanding of educational standards, assessment methodologies, and data analysis techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.
