Educational background includes LLM specialised in Corporate Law, LLB specialised in Banking and Taxation Law, B.Com into Accountancy and Finance. Has completed certifications in Teacher Training Programme of ‘NEP 2020 Orientation and Sensitization Programme’ and in ‘Wealth Management and Family Office’. Is also admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
He has consolidate working experience of around 8 years. Has worked in Corporates at several levels in the legal arena. Was associated with JSW group, InCred and other corporates at managerial positions. Has researches made and articles written on topics such as Oil and Gas Laws, Arbitration proceedings in Nigeria, Cyber security in Corporate Governance, Deportability Law in UAE and alike.
Also practiced litigation at the Bombay High Court and various subordinate courts, and is experienced working in litigation Law firms and also has exposure of working in an International Law firm in UAE.
Academically he is being associated with NMIMS KPM School of Law as a visiting faculty since 2018, and has guided students on researches, projects and career. Taught subjects such as Contract Law, Jurisprudence, Legal Language, Law of Tort, Constitutional Law, Election Law, Sports Law and Laws related to Customs and Customs Tariff, Corporate and Business Laws, etc
