Dr Dabke has more than 19 years of experience as an academician, consulting psychologist and trainer, in the fields of corporate training, intervention designing and academic teaching. She is currently researching various areas of employee engagement, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, personality attributes and workplace outcomes, absenteeism and employee motivation. Her research papers have been accepted and awarded in various National and International conferences.
Dr Dabke’s expertise lies in communication, interpersonal dynamics, motivation, leadership, rational thinking, emotional intelligence, counselling, self-confidence building and psychometric assessment. She has been associated with organisations like IDBI, IOC, BPCL, Infogain, Datamatics, HPCL, Reliance Energy, Indoco Remedies, as an LND partner.
