Dr. Malik is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of work experience in the field of IT, Management and Education. She has also authored three books and many research articles with leading international publishers. Dr. Malik has been a guest editor and reviewer for various international journals. Also, she has represented the Indian IT Sector on several occasions for defining transnational IT Skill standards and benchmarking them with counterparts in Australia, UK and many ASOCIO economies.
Dr. Malik has conducted various national workshops and international conferences. She has served many market leaders in the field including Hero Honda, IMT-Ghaziabad, U21Global-Singapore, GlobalNxt University-Malaysia and NASSCOM – wherein she has effectively steered many functions and initiatives including curriculum design, online skill based assessments, MBA chair, MCA chair, research dean, international conferences and workshops.
She received various awards and accolades including – Excellence in online education for five consecutive years (2008 to 2012), Best Research Paper Award at ICQRIT in 2000 and Institute Medals as the Topper for MCA in each year (1987-1989).
