Dr. Kirti Khanzode has over 20 years of experience in higher education. Having lived and worked in three countries, India, UAE and Canada, diversity has been the hallmark of her long spanning career. Dr. Kirti started with teaching roles and grew into management and leadership roles. Some of the key institution building roles in which she worked are chair of admissions, chair of academic programs and head of student services. Her areas of teaching interest and competence are Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership Skills, Team Dynamics, and Negotiation Skills. Dr. Kirti is an avid case writer and has published cases in HBR, Ivey, William Davison and European Case Clearing House. She has also published research papers in various reputed academic journals.
