Dr. Meghna Goswami has a Ph.D. in Management from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. She has done her doctoral research in the area of organisational change management. She has dual Masters – MBA (HR) and Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication. She has about 5 years of diverse experience in industry and academics. She has been a visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Jammu; FMS, University of Delhi; IGDTUW, Delhi.
She has worked as an Assistant Professor at IILM Institute for Higher Education. She has an Executive Certification in ‘HR Analytics’ from IIM Rohtak. She has cleared UGC- NET (JRF) in Journalism & Mass Communication in June, 2011 and UGC –NET in Management in December, 2019. She has also done one year research internship at the Lok Sabha Secretariat under the ‘Lok Sabha Internship Program 2010’.
She is a keen researcher and has publications in ABDC listed journals. She works in the areas of emotional-social intelligence, organisational change management, ethical leadership and positive organisational behaviour. She has also conducted training workshops for Technical Officers of DRDO at CEPTAM, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Delhi on ‘Team Building’ ‘Communication Skills’ and ‘Time Management’. She has conducted workshops on Emotional Intelligence for students and teachers of various schools across Delhi – NCR.
