Highlights
Dr. Kelkar is a recognised Ph. D. guide in Business Economics from the University of Mumbai. She also holds a Master of Arts with a major in Economics from Mumbai University and a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay.
She has taught for more than 25 years at various colleges affiliated to Mumbai University. Her areas of interest include international economics and environmental economics. She has also presented/published many research papers in national/international conferences as well as journals.
