Prof. Ashwini has 3+ years of experience teaching under-graduate and post-graduate students, as well as 1 year of industry experience working as a recruiter. She is currently pursuing her PhD (Commerce-Business Management) from Mumbai University. She is UGC NET qualified in the subject of Commerce. She has completed Master of Philosophy (Commerce), Masters of Commerce (Business Management) and a BMS graduate. She has also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from NMIMS. Her expertise in terms of teaching lies in Human Resource Management and General Management (Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Principles of Management and Strategic Management). She has lectured in both online and face-to-face settings and have an experience of teaching Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Principles of Management and Strategic Management. She has provided guidance and support for M.Com students in their research projects.
