She has worked in diverse sectors like Solar Energy EPC Services, Software, Media & Entertainment, Engineering Consultancy.
A gold medallist in HR, her interest in creating a guided self-development journey, led her to become a Certified MBTI® and Saville Wave Instrument® practitioner.
She also has a keen interest in Inventory®, OPQ32 administration, along with Mercer’s International Position Evaluation (IPE) framework and Edward De Bono’s Lateral Thinking Technique. She is passionate about teaching and believes in driving a shared learning culture.
