CS Paramita Sanyal ,is a qualified Company Secretary and a seasoned Investment Banking Professional with corporate sector experience of over 20 years across varied geographies of India, Sultanate of Oman and UAE.
Her early career started back in India with Indian Metal & Ferro Alloy thereafter in Organon, India. She worked as Company Secretary in Peerless Group and later in Shriram Insight. She got trained in Corporate research alongside handling regulatory affairs with Stock Exchanges and SEBI. Alongside corporate Job she also used to conduct evening classes for students at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
In 2007 she joined as AVP, Research with Fincorp, Sultanate of Oman. Thereafter over 12 years has worked as Portfolio Manager with National Bank Of Oman, in Muscat and in Dubai.
Currently working as Adjunct Faculty in School of Business, Manipal, Dubai Campus, S P Jain School of Business Management and in Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is a regular speaker in Management Skill Orientation Programme (MSOP) addressing pan India newly qualified Professionals ICSI. Her areas of Interest are Corporate Governance & Business Ethics, Corporate and Business Laws , Portfolio Management Environmental Management.
