Prof. Poulami Banerjee is pursuing Ph. D. from SBM – NMIMS, Mumbai, in the area of Human Resource Management. She has majored in HRM in her PGDM from New Delhi Institute of Management and has an honours degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University. Her work experience of eight years spans across both the corporate and academic sectors. Her research areas of interest includes emotions, subjective well-being and organisation development. Her teaching interest areas include Organisation Behaviour, Organisation Development, Training and Development and Human Resource Management.
