Sonali Mehra is a Masters in Applied Psychology with a Specialisation in Organisation Behaviour. She is also a certified Life Coach and a Counsellor. She has an overall experience of over two decades in the People Growth and development space. She has been associated with prestigious organisations like Xerox Corporation, Business Standard, PricewaterhouseCoopers, etc in the Human Resource Department.
She has headed Career Services and Industry interface portfolios in Business Schools like IMT Ghaziabad and S P Jain Institute of Management & Research. Her focus has been on working with young adults and professionals in honing their career trajectories and helping them with soft skills. She runs her own organisation called Interface Inc and Coaches, Trains, Counsels and teaches out of Passion at some colleges in India
