Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales
- Drive adoption of Career Services programs within the NCDOE student community through Inside Sales, marketing and Channel teams.
- Training sales teams on product and deliverables
- Achieve sales targets on Career Service enrollments
Hiring Partners
- On-board hiring partners through deep understanding of industry expectations and skills sets of NCDOE’s students
- Develop strong relationship with potential employer clients to build job opportunities for students.
- Facilitate Interaction with industry bodies and associations for synergistic interaction and leveraging strengths for mutual benefit.
Program & Team Management
- Create Alumni Services and drive Alumni activities and interactions
- Training the new joiners on various sourcing channels.
- Organise job fairs, career programs, and other student activities.
- Work effectively and collaboratively to achieve student placement goals.
Vendor Management
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the services as per slated SLA’s
- Working closely with Vendor teams for timely delivery.
- Resolve concerns of students in discussion with Vendors
- Oversee Vendor billings and payments
Stakeholder co-ordination
- Co-ordinate with Marketing, Student Support, Academics and Channel sales teams for sales and delivery of Career Service programs.
- Co-ordinate with Product development team for continuous refinement of the programs
Education & Work Experience :
- Preferably MBA/Post Graduate
- 7+ years in sales and operations experience preferably from Recruitment Industry, HR and Management Consulting industry.
- Preferred to have experience in Key Account Management in Staffing and Recruitment firms
