Roles & Responsibilities :
Networking & Evangelism
- Utilise pipeline management processes to create and maintain a pipeline of prospects, track progress against milestones, and effectively communicate progress reporting and results.
- Evangelise concept, establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective channel partners.
- Help create & implement the channel framework and market entry strategy
On Boarding
- Follow the empanelment process & act as a single point of contact for new channel on boarding i.e. Authorised Enrolment Partner (AEP) on boarding-related activity in the assigned territory.
- Manage and support all phases of the Authorised Enrolment Partner (AEP) development process. This includes market planning, number of AEP planning, site selection & approval, work force on boarding, and the handover of on boarded AEP to Channel Management team as per the stated Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Commercial & Ops Sign Off
- Responsible for the identification, Evaluation of the prospective Authorised Enrollment Partner (AEP), handling their inquiries / objections & responding accordingly & sign-up of the AEP as per the agreed process, terms and conditions.
- Ensure that the AEP complies with legal and statutory policies and procedures
- Ensure all AEP Development activity in the territory covered is compliant and consistent with all related processes and policies, including AEP Development Approval Committee requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel development, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the market.
Education & Work Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 10 years of Proven experience in channel development, partner management, or Front line sales in Education / Training / BSFI / Broking sector.
- Exposure with Distance Education/ Ed Tech organisation will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of channel development, distribution models, and partner ecosystems.
